Welcome to Sirius Project!
Do you deliberately hurt yourself as a way of coping with painful emotions? If so, you've come to the right place! Sirius Project is a collection of resources for people who self-injure, with a focus on things you can do to help yourself - whether that's learning healthier coping skills or getting proactive about your mental-health treatment.
Don't forget to check out our forums, where people who want to recover from self-harm support and encourage each other and share ideas that may help.
We are currently in the process of updating the site. All the information you need is still here and the forums and shop are running as normal, but you may find that the way the site is organised varies from page to page. Please bear with us while we complete this work.

We have a fantastic new Sirius Project Shop, which sells a wide range of self-harm and mental health books as well as ideas for distracting yourself from urges, relaxing, raising awareness of self-harm and more!
Every Amazon product sold helps raise money for Sirius, and there's the option to toggle between the UK and US. You can even access any product in Amazon's catalogue - a great way to support Sirius while treating yourself!
